White screen when trying to update profile

  1. I can't get my profile to update - all I get is a white screen.

    I have used three different browsers - and yes, I cleared the cache of each one as was suggested by another article here.

    (Firefox, Explorer 8 and Google Chrome)

    Are you able to help me?

  3. Also, did you do a full restart after clearing cookies and cache? It's important.


    Yes - I did a full restart, but I will try again (I just put firefox on today because I saw that it was a recommended browser for wordpress activities - although I HAVE updated before just using explorer and had no trouble.)

    Just did the whole thing again and it is still not wanting to work for me.

    I have updated before - recently in fact (to change an address)

    I hope it is something that can be fixed.
