Why am I getting a warning message when I'm trying to go to my page?

I am getting an error message when trying to go to my page that says: Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /home/teriann/public_html/wp-content/plugins/twitter-follow-button-shortcode/FollowButton.php:165) in /home/teriann/public_html/wp-includes/pluggable.php on line 876.

My pages are gone except for one, my dashboard looks completely different and I don’t have the plug in link available to click on the left hand side anymore.

The blog I need help with is planbwithteriann.wordpress.com.

That is a self-hosted WordPress.org blog, which we really can’t help with.

To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities: http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

WordPress.org has complete documentation and support sites for self-hosted/installed versions of WordPress.org at http://codex.wordpress.org/ and http://wordpress.org/support/
