Why am I not able to upgrade to Premium?

  1. When I click the "Upgrade to Premium" button, nothing happens. On my dashboard, there is not menu item titled store.

auxclass provided the correct answer above. You are posting to the wrong support forum and we cannot help you at all here with that site. This support forum is ONLY for blogs provided by and being free hosted by WordPress.COM.

That is not a free hosted blog and we do not provide support for installs here. and are completely separate and have separate logins. If you don't have a username account at WordPress.ORG click and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there and receive advice from WordPress.ORG bloggers.

  8. P.S. No upgrades offered by WordPress.COM to those who have free hosted WordPress.COM blogs are available to anyone other than those who do have free hosted WordPress.COM blogs.
