Why are my pages not visible to visitors

I created a page called About, and another for Book Clubs, etc., but they are only visible to me. How can I make them visible to the pubilc?

You chose a theme that does not have a horizontal menu at the top like this one does where Page tabs are provided for readers > http://theme.wordpress.com/themes/quintus/
To provide reader access to your pages you have to go here > Appearance > Widgets and install the Pages widget in your sidebar > http://en.support.wordpress.com/widgets/pages-widget/
