Why are stats not calculating?

  1. Why are stats not being calculated? For the last 3-4 blogs I have written seem to have no stats about them. They dont show through the website nor on the Ipad Ios app. How can this be corrected? The only thing i recieve as a notification is someone who liked my blog or a follower.

  2. (1) How are are connecting to the internet and to

    I'm asking because the way you connect to the internet (mobile, satellite, DSL, dial-up) and to your blog, and how many proxy server jumps etc. it takes to connect can cause problems. There maybe be problems with your ISP and/or with the proxy servers. Also note that the main dashboard isn’t designed to work with touch devices through the tablet and smartphone browsers.

    (2) Exactly which browser and version of it are you using. If you don’t know click here to find out >
    Note: If you are running IE9 in compatibility mode then be aware that it renders as IE7 and IE7 is not supported.

    (3) Have you tried?
    clearing your browser cache and cookies >
    using the browser with all extensions or add-ons disabled
    updating the browser to the latest stable version (not a buggy BETA browser version)
    using another browser

    (4) Are you logging in using the secure https:// log-in? see

  3. Out of the last 4 blogs I have posted; 1 was from and 3 were directly from iOS WordPress App from my Ipad. I connect wirelessly through a variety of WiFi spots. Always have.

    I strictly use FireFox which I believe is Version 12 or 13. Rarely Chrome.

    My first few blogs back in February were composed from Iphone WordPress app as well as from a standard browser. It recorded Facebook clicks, Twitter, organic, Search Engine, follows, likes etc. Then all of a sudden it all stopped. When I check stats from the iOS app or even the main dashboard on a laptop it states "no data available for this time period"

    Cache and cookies are regularly cleared both on Iphone/Ipad and PC

  4. I strictly use FireFox which I believe is Version 12 or 13.

    The most recent stable version of Firefox is FF15 and you can download it here
