Why can I no longer import visuals (media) when drafting a new blog post?

    Dear WordPress,

    When drafting a new blog post, I can no longer import any visuals or even cut and paste. The text looks like html text with <> and p., etc. Nor do I see the format tab for changign fonts, etc. Can you help?
