Why can't I change the colors of Header any more?
I purchased the WordPress version of Standard, and now I can no longer customize the color of Header. I was able to until recently; now when I enter a custom color, nothing happens. Please help. Thanks.
The blog I need help with is nbalinebreaker.com.
Hi there – would it be possible to upload a screenshot of what you’re seeing in the dashboard to help in troubleshooting?
Here’s a guide on how to make a screenshot, if you’re not sure: http://en.support.wordpress.com/make-a-screenshot/
You can upload the screenshot in your Media Library and then post a link so I can see it.
Okay, today I could change the colors in Header, but now the Background image doesn’t work, so I took it out. Everything was working fine until a few days ago. What’s going on with Standard?
Specifically, when I go to Appearances and click Background, I can’t Choose Image from the Custom Background screen, something that worked until yesterday. I can’t load an already uploaded image from my Library, and when I upload a new image it doesn’t fill the screen as a background as it used to. I have tried this with images that have worked before.
Why are facilities that worked until a few days ago not working at all now?
Now Screen Options off of any menu option in the Dashboard doesn’t work. Click and nothing.
What is going on with Standard? Nothing is working. Please respond.
And now everything seems to be working again. Including Header colors.
Hi there, sorry for the delay in response. It sounds like you are all set now, is that right? Hard to say what the issue was, but glad to hear it’s all resolved now!
Glad the issue’s been sorted out. I also wanted to let you know that Standard has its own dedicated support forum, as do all premium themes. If you have any further issues, feel free to post there and the developer will be able to help you directly:
