Why can’t I change themes?

I changed from the Twenty Ten theme (which I had customized) to the Elegant Grunge but it won’t work. None of the theme’s images will appear. Why isn’t the theme being implemented on my blog?
The blog I need help with is leeduigon.com.
Never mind I think I figured it out.
