Why can't I edit, modify or delete old URL

  1. In 2008, I started a blog called Church of Cat, and for some reason, the URL I used was

I want to keep that wordpress, because I bought the domain name on GoDaddy and I want to map it onto the wordpress site, but I cannot get to an admin panel to change any of the Church of Cat content.

When I sign in and ask to look at my blogs, it says I don't have any. I'm confused. help! Thanks.

  2. This is the login link
You must be logged in under exact same username account that registered the blog and who is the Admin of the blog to access it.

Clicking this link should display all your blogs registered under the same username, including the hidden ones:

If you do not see the blog here then
    follow this guide >

If you have lost your log-in information you can visit
If required click the "Need More Help" link and complete the form for account recovery.

  3. I notice a spelling difference (note the extra a)
    username barbaraaherman

  4. Thanks for you help, Timethief. Question: I followed the link you sent to see what blogs are registered under the user name, including the hidden ones, and it says 0, i.e. none, across the board.

  5. I'll tag this thread for Staff assistance. Please subscribe to the thread so you are notified when they respond and please be patient while waiting.

  6. The blog is registered under a different account (barbaraherman) . Please make sure to log into that account in order to manage the blog.

If you don't have access to your account or forgot the password, you can request a new password over here.

Please follow the instructions carefully. You'll receive two separate emails during the reset process, so make sure you read them both. If you don't receive the emails right away, check your spam folders as well. The confirmation emails can get caught in them sometimes :)
