Why can't I find a phone number to talk to someone?

  1. I have to cancell my order for the website & upgrade I purchased but I can't find a phone # so I can talk to someone. I just purchased today so I am within the 48 hours to cancell. The Transaction ID# is [transaction ID redacted]. I have called my bank but have to call them back when the transaction posts. Please help. Please send reply to [email redacted]

  2. Hi there, we don't currently offer phone support, but I'm happy to help you via this forum. I have canceled and refunded the $99 Bundle upgrade that you purchased. Please note that it usually takes about 1 week for the refund to appear in your account. For future reference, you can review and refund eligible upgrades from your account under Store > My Upgrades. You can see more information here:

  3. Thanks for your quick reply. I also sent an e-mail about registering the wrong name for the website. Please cancell the 'whole' transaction for sbtparanormalresearchers. I went back in and created the correct one under the name of sbtparanormalinvestigators since I didn't know how long it would take to correct the problem.

  4. I don't see a domain registration associated with the Bundle purchase for The $99 has been refunded in full. Did you mean that you wish to cancel or hide ? You can do it via Settings > Reading (choose the private option under Visibility) or alternatively, you may choose to delete your site via Tools > Delete Site.
