Why can't I get a Refund for the pro bundle ?

  1. Hi,

    Today I ordered the pro bundle but I want to cancel it.
    So I went to Store-> upgrades ->cancel
    A popup shows that my purchase was more then 30 days ago, but in fact was today.
    That's the first strange thing.
    Then I got an cancellation email with a ''confirm cancellation '' link that redirected me to the following message: ''An error occurred while refunding your upgrade. Please contact support"
    Am I missing something ?
    Any help would be appreciated.
