why could I not get a full refund?

Yesterday, I tried to upgrade to premium but I found that it is not adequate for me so I cancel my subscription immediately. Then out of $99 premium service subscription, I got a notice that I got refunded $86. I looked into my current services and there are no non-free services I am now subscribing. Where does this $13 go?

I refunded the rest $13 that was held back by our system. I am sorry that you weren’t refunded all your money earlier.
Your money will appear in 5-7 business days in the credit card account you used to buy it.
