Why do I have no reply to multiple requests for help?? Why has my iPad app faile

  1. #1. I have written as follow up many times now on case #1130647 and I never receive a reply. I have so many unresolved issues.. I have paid a large amount for themes and other upgrades, none of it works properly, and for months now I have no response!!

    #2. The iPad app has completely failed as of yesterday. I can no longer log it, it says "JetPack failure" - yet I am using correct credentials since the same ones work on iPhone and on web. Please fix this!
