Why isn't my "guided transfer" working and where is your support?

  1. I purchased a guided transfer. When I log in using the instructions given, I'm still into and have none of the features of I have e-mailed my "Happiness Engineer" several times and no one have gotten back to me in a 24 hour period. I also tried to contact you on Twitter, with no response. I would like to talk to a live person who can help me with this since it appears no upgrade has happened. In the meantime I am not able to accurately post. I am extremely frustrated by your lack of support and lack of response. Please contact me as soon as possible. Thank you.

    I apologize for the confusion. The DNS change from the move probably had not reached your part of the internet (possibly still has not if you're seeing your site).

    We just emailed you back with more information about DNS changes and how they work. Please reply back to the email we sent if you have any questions or further issues for fastest service.
