I guess you are not subscribing to any paid plans now. In this case, you can get support only in this forum. Many volunteers are willing to back you up here. However, if you need to get support from staffs, you can flag for them by adding “modlook” tag to your thread.
baguetteux – I’ve processed the remaining $13 for a complete refund. The funds should reach you in about ten days. In this situation it’s possible that they are going to be 2 transactions on your statement. If there are any delays with the refund please contact your bank as they can tell you when to expect the payment.
