Why won't my posterous bog import after multiple attempts?

  1. I have been asking to move my posterous blog over for weeks. I have deleted the request (in tools - following all instructions, very basic - the error is not on my side) and started over 3 times. Do I need to give up? Is there anyone willing to actually look at it and make it happen?

  5. We've deleted the old import process, would you mind trying again? We recently updated the Posterous importer.

    If you see any error messages at all, could you please let us know what they say so we can analyze it further.

  6. Once I put in my password the screen basically went blank (URL said So, I doodled around to get back to tools, import and it says it's in process. Fingers crossed!

  7. Thanks for the report. Please let me know how it goes! Imports can sometimes take up to 24 hours to complete. :-)

  8. I'm put a reminder in my Outlook to check on it late tomorrow. Will let you know.

  9. As of 6:30 p.m. eastern time it still says:
    We're processing your import now and will send you an email when it's all done. If you don't hear from us within 24 hours, please contact support, and we'll get everything fixed.

    I marked the first thread for Staff support. Hopefully you will not post to multiple threads, as doing that will mean it takes longer for you to get help.
