Why would i go premium

  1. why would i go premium
what do you offer me, why can't i contact anybody, why would i purchase something if i couldn't contact anyone?

The blog I need help with is

  2. You do not have to make any premium purchases unless you need to.

The "store" offers details on the purchases, most of which are self-explanatory.

  3. I don't want to make a purchase if I don't have to. But, I think we should go to this as a communication tool for our school. I need to discuss things with someone at wordpress because, two of our sites have been suspended, and I don't want to purchase something if there is no contact option. I will look in the store, but I'm not sure looking at a purchase will help me decide without a email from somebody.

  4. Well, why were they suspended? If the site you intend to set up is the same, it too will be suspended, regardless of teh number of upgrades you have purchased.

There are no sales people on staff. It's up to you to make the decision.

  5. We were not sure why they were suspended. I work at a school and a couple of years ago they decided to use wordpress as our communication tool. We haven't understood why they were suspended (so we don't make this mistake again).
I agree it doesn't matter about the upgrades, and I'm not looking for sales staff. I can make a decision by looking at the store. I just am not sure if it's worth the 99$ a year per teacher if we are going to get suspended.
I would like to know more about what there support staff does via email, and if it can help.
If not, blogger is also free, we will have fewer connectivity issues (we have a hard time accessing the site (which is one of the reasons I would like to talk to wordpress staff).

I'm not looking to talk to a sales person, I'm looking to talk to one of their support staff.

  6. If you don't contact staff via the link they left on that blog's front page, then the blogs will never be unsuspended and you will never learn what you did wrong.

If you can't be bothered doing that, then you certainly shouldn't pay $95 just to have it happen again.

  7. We contacted them both times, one time they unsuspended one, the other they did not, and the teacher's weren't given a reason for why they were suspended, we just explained what we were doing, and why we shouldn't be suspended. So, I guess they agreed, but we don't know what prompted the suspension.

  8. Hi there,

I do not see any suspended sites on your account.

If there is a suspended site owned by someone else, please ask them to contact us privately via our form:

You may also use that if you are still having trouble accessing one of your sites, and our staff will investigate that further for you.

  9. It was not my account. I am trying to communicate via our staff. We all have websites at our school, we are all under different accounts. We all try to do the same thing but two of us were suspended. I will pass along the forms.

They have lifted the suspension. Two of my coworkers were unable to understand why their blogs were suspended, leaving us to hope we did not do the same. I will have them send this information to clear up reasons why we are unable to reach these blogs.

I will also send the link to people who have had trouble accessing their accounts. Thanks for replying.

  10. Hi isppgrade23,

Thanks for your help. Usually the best thing for someone to do is to contact us via the link in their Dashboard, but the form also works.

  11. Thanks!

  12. You're welcome. Please keep us posted!
