Widen post column in Columnist Theme

    Hi people who know coding! Can you tell me how I would remove the “posted in” column that appears on posts on my columnist theme blog s that the blog text itself can be widened. It’s such a great theme but this aspect sucks. example: http://bombilore.com/2014/04/08/conscious-guns-world-water-day/

    The words on posted in, leave a comment, tags, etc on far right just looks stupid. Can I move that all to the left under the post’s title?

    The blog I need help with is bombilore.com.

    sorry. I meant so that the blog text is widened.

    Hi there, add the following CSS and see what you think.

    .single #content footer.entry-meta {
        display: none;
    .single .entry-content {
        width: 95%;

    Amazing! That totally worked. It did make the side-bar disappear, which included the list of categories, tags, etc. Is there a way to add that widget to the left side? Under the post title?

    Also, is there a way to make just my tag line (“share the sugar”) bigger? Can’t figure that out.

    Many Thanks!!

    Sorry, due to the way the theme CSS and HTML is structured, there is no way to move the post metadata that was on the right over to the left of the content.

    On your tagline, add the following and adjust the size as desired.

    .site-title h2 {
        font-size: 12px;
