Widget does not show up in mobile view

  I am using the Penscratch theme, I want my widgets to be displayed on the right sidebar instead of at the bottom. is there any way of me doing this without downloading a plugin.

  No you cannot do it with or without a plugin so do be clear on that.
  The way the themes is designed is detailed here http://theme.wordpress.com/themes/penscratch/ and it does not have a sidebar period.

  There is no FTP access to WordPress.COM blogs and we bloggers cannot install any plugins or third party themes.
