Widget options similar to Academica

    hello,
    I really like the new Academica theme for the most part. Are there any other themes that have the same widget options?

    For example here is what the theme offers:

    Academica Widget Areas
    Academica has nine widget areas available:

    Sidebar: Left: All widgets placed in this sidebar will appear on the left hand side of your single posts and your static posts page.
    Sidebar: Right: All widgets placed in this sidebar will appear on the right hand side of your single posts and your static posts page.
    Sidebar: Homepage (Left): Widgets placed here will appear on the left side on the home page.
    Sidebar: Homepage (Right): Widgets placed here will appear on the right side on the home page.
    Sidebar: Homepage (Middle): Widgets placed here will appear below the main content on the home page.
    Sidebar: Archives: These widgets will appear on all search pages and date, author, tag, and category archive pages.
    Sidebar: Pages (Left): All widgets placed in this sidebar will be shown on the left hand side of your single pages.
    Sidebar: Pages (Right): All widgets placed in this sidebar will be shown on the right hand side of your single pages.
    Sidebar: Footer: This is the right hand side footer area. These widgets will appear on the lower right corner on all pages

    I could use this theme but there are certain things I dont like about it and Im just too cheap to purchase the CSS upgrade :-)

    Howdy,

    Currently we do not have any themes that have the exact same sidebar setup to Academica, but we have a ton of themes that offer multiple sidebars.

    I’d suggest checking out the Theme Showcase to browse themes and sort by sidebar placement and/or number of columns, then try a few themes on for size. If you don’t find something that works, Custom Design is probably your best bet.
