Widgets Won’t Work!

I am not able to move/add widgets. I’m using Firefox on a MacBook Pro and it seems that I’m missing a plugin. However, Firefox is not able to find it automatically and I have no clue. Is there a plugin I need? My blog is dinafara.wordpress.com
Thanks. -
If you can’t activate widgets by dragging, then (while on the widgets page) try clicking Screen Options and activating the “accessibility mode”. This way you’ll get a more reliable “Add” tab next to each widget name.

That would be a viable solution if my Screen Options toggle worked, but it does nothing when I click it (the contextual help button does not work either).
Screen Options works on every admin page except the Widgets page. I can also drag and drop the sections on my Dashboard page, but I cannot drag and drop on the Widgets page.
The Widgets page is basically a dead zone where nothing is clickable (except the standard page items in the far left column). I see the exact same behavior in both Firefox 3.1 and in IE 7, both with and without plugins active.
When I click on the Widget Screen Options, the address bar shows:
http://mysite.com/wp-admin/widgets.php#screen-options
The “#screen-options” portion of the URL does not show in the address bars of other pages with working screen options, so I think this a clue to the what is going wrong. WP is not processing the Screen Options URL like is should be.

@kgrogan: Try this:
URL_HEREwp-admin/widgets.php?widgets-access=on
And please paste the exact URL of your blog when asking questions here, or link your nickname to your blog (as explained in the Sticky 8 Things to Know Before Posting). We usually need that to give a relevant answer.
