Will a premium wordpress dot com help me simplify?

Due to a recently discovered medical condition I am considering ways to make my wife’s life as simple as possible in my absence. I have a self-hosted WordPress website (hosting $77 per year). Registered domain name ($13 per year) with whois privacy ($5 per year); my own template; my own CSS; no plug-ins; no ads. I suspect a WordPress.com site might involve far less maintenance and might simplify things to one logon instead of up to four (registrar, host billing, host cpanel, host FTP, host WP). How much do you reckon it would cost to acquire a similar simple setup on WordPress.com?

The blog I need help with is apfwebs.wordpress.com.

    Hi there,

The Premium plan at $99 per year is closest to your current setup. Plus you don’t have to worry about any maintenance and you have access to live chat (24/5) and email support.

Let me know if you have more questions.
