WordAds Application Form Not Recognizing My Blog

I have a publicly viewable blog with a custom domain name purchased and maintained annually via WordPress.com: http://www.indiapiedaterre.com. However the form at http://en.wordpress.com/apply-for-wordads/ is not recognizing my blog — it’s blank where a form should be and it says there is no public blog. Anyone have recommendation for what I should do, what problem might be?

I’ve been accepted for SkimLinks and now found I need to apply to see if I’m accepted for WordAds. (if not, I may migrate my blog to self-hosted but trying to hold off on doing that)

Thanks in advance for any help!

The blog I need help with is indiapiedaterre.com.

Put in the WordPress.com URL, ie http://whatever.wordpress.com

There is nowhere to enter a URL. They give you a link, but it leads to setting up a NEW blog. No form to enter anything shows up. Here are the options:

You are logged in as WordPress.com user: indiapiedaterre. To submit different blogs, please log out and log in as a different user.

    Your publicly visible blog(s) <NOTHING HERE>

We were unable to determine which public blogs you own. If you would like to create a new blog, please Sign up for one

I think this probably has to do with the custom domain; it looks like staff is tinkering. They should be back tomorrow, so contact them via your dashboard Help button.

    I’ll do that. Thank you!

There are multiple admin users on this blog but (for now) only site owners can submit a blog to the WordAds program. I’m guessing your account is one that is not the owner. If you are in contact with the owner, please have them try to submit your blog. If not, please contact WordPress.com support and we can help you transfer ownership.

I’m having this same problem with WordAds not recognizing two of my custom domains. I am the owner of the blogs.
