  Hello,
  I tried several times install your app.
  Unfortunatly I couldn’t do it, I don’t know how fill file wp-config-sample.php and file install.php doesn’t work.
  Could you give me all date with witch I should fill wp-config-sample.php file and how/where upload all files?

  If you’re talking about the blog linked in your post, you don’t have to, and you can’t. Those are the instructions for a WordPress.ORG blog.
