WordPress can't access my site
When I log in to Worpdress, I get an error in the top left next to my site name that says ‘Cannot access this site’ and gives me an option to remove it. I can’t figure out what’s causing this.
The blog I need help with is goldensunbreak.com.

WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. Are you seeing that error on the My Sites screen on WordPress.com? If so, what you’re describing sounds like a Jetpack connection issue, though at the moment the Jetpack connection for your site looks fine to me. If you’re still seeing that error, please contact the Jetpack team directly for help:
Ok thank you. I’ve actually contacted jet pack who told me to contact bluehost who told me to contact WordPress. I’ve tried both WordPress help forums and each has said to contact the other WordPress so no help there. If it looks ok, I’ll just leave it for now until it actually prevents me from doing something I guess. Thanks for taking the time to actually give me something other than referring me to someone else tho. I appreciate it.
I see the Jetpack team sent you an email in February that the problem is that our servers cannot verify your server’s SSL certificate. This is something that can only be fixed on your hosting provider’s end, so Bluehost in this case.
You never replied to that email, so in case you did not get the reply, here’s what it said:
The problem is that OpenSSL doesn’t recognize your certificate’s Certificate Authority’s (CA) certificate. To fix the issue, contact Bluehost support and ask them to move your site off of their old Incapsula CDN: https://www.bluehost.com/contact
If you’re able to access your site via the My Sites dashboard and you can still manage your posts and pages this is likely not a serious issue, but it would be good to get it sorted out nonetheless, as it might cause problems further down the line.
Yes I did get that email and contacted bluehost with what jetpack reported. They said they whitelisted my site and it would correct it. It didn’t make the message go away and when I contacted them again they said to try WordPress help. Thanks again for reaching out. I’ll try bluehost again.
