WORDPRESS HAS WROGFULLY CHARGED ME AND IS IGNORING ALL OF MY MESSAGES

    I DO NOT HAVE A WEBSITE with wordpress but THEY had CHARGED ME ANYWAYS. THEY will NOT ALLOW ME THE OPTION TO REFUND/CANCEL on their website and ALL of their CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES seems to be ignoring me.

    Note that I LAUNCHED THE CANCELLATION/REFUND request less than an hour after the charge which is far less than 48 HOURS of the charge stated on the website. I’m under the impression they are WAITING 48 HOURS SO I CANT GET MY REFUND!!!

    Is anyone else having this problem?

    Please don’t SHOUT, it is – and always has been – bad netiquette.
    You will only cause irritation, which will not help your issue.

    I’m not shouting… Nobody is shouting…. :/ I had money taken out of my account. I have messaged them for days and nobody is answering me. I just want someone to fix this. Thats all. I was respectful from the beginning but they seem to be ignoring all my messages and bounced back my email. THAT was when I got frustrated. this is just bad customer service and bad etiquette.
