  i want to have my own icon at the tab before the adress, not the wordpress one.

  You can change the blog icon at ‘Settings’ -> ‘General’ in your blog’s dashboard. You can follow the instructions in this guide on how to do this at: http://en.support.wordpress.com/blavatar
