Wordpress is a scam

  1. I have tried to contact customer support for a week in a half to cancel my domain purchase. I contacted them immediately after purchasing it.

    Now they don't even give you the option to email them anymore. This changed in ONE WEEK. I have contacted them 5 times. 5 TIMES!!!! I WANT MY DOMAIN REGISTRATION CANCELLED IMMEDIATELY!!!

    I have NEVER had such horrible customer service before in my life and I do not want this scam of a company to have my credit card information.

    I have no idea what else to do other than complain about this terrible service on every forum, twitter, facebook, website until someone finally contacts me.


    Am I seriously going to have to retain a lawyer in order to get this done?

  2. Did you request a domain mapping refund through your dashboard?
    Did you email [email redacted] ?

  3. We received your first request on June 20th and sent a reply about 7 hours later asking for confirmation by June 21st. June 21st was the end for the refund period on your domain. Unfortunately, we have received no further communication from you since the request for confirmation back on June 20th.

    If you would still like to cancel the domain, please respond to the confirmation request that was sent on June 20th.

  4. I agree! I've been trying to contact WordPress for two weeks and nothing! Maybe WordPress offers a good product but they seriously need to rethink their customer service.
