WordPress Site Pages don't have correct URLS

    I have just registered a domain name and linked it with my website at

    so my domain is now http://www.ryanconway.co.uk

    when you visit my wordpress website it takes you to the homepage and you can click the tracks page which takes you to http://www.ryanconway.co.uk/tracks

    however when you press the home button it takes you to

    /main/ used to be the folder my wordpress was in but I have deleted that an moved it to my root directory

    why does it keep thinking my website is still in the above folder?
