I've been looking around for a while and for the life of me I cannot figure this out.
I have a blog that uses featured images for individual posts. When linking to an individual post on my website through Facebook (ie. http://www.website.com/IndividualPostWithFeaturedImage), Facebook displays the featured images as thumbnails perfectly fine and there are no issues.
However, when I try to link to my ENTIRE site through Facebook (ie. http://www.website.com), Facebook cannot find any thumbnails and instead just uses the default blue WordPress W.
Is it possible to change the default blue WordPress W to a custom logo image (such as my website's logo, etc), so when the entire site is linked through Facebook, my custom logo image will show? Furthermore, is it possible that when a specific post is linked to on Facebook, it will show that specific post's featured image and NOT the custom logo image like it already does perfectly fine?
If it's not possible, is it possible to allow Facebook to allow the selection of the thumbnail I want when linking to my entire site? Currently the only thumbnail selection I have is that of the blue WordPress W, and I cannot click the arrows to change the images even though there's a large amount of featured images on my site.
I'm on a self-hosted wordpress blog, and when my blog was on a wordpress.com blog before the server transfer, I know this worked the way I'm describing.
Any help would be awesome!
The blog I need help with is sick-tracks.com.
