For some reason, I am no long able to change the order of my widgets. I try dragging them over one another and it doesn’t work. Can someone please help?

Also, I can’t find where to increase the width of the content/main column of my pages. Is this in the “editor”?

Finally, how do you get your comment image/gravatar to show up on your own blog comments? Mine shows up for other blogs I visit, but not on my own blog! Please help, I can’t find these answers anywhere!

    Thank you!!

The blog I need help with is searchchica.com.

Can you let me know which blog it is that you’re referring to here? I’ll be able to help you better once I can see specifically which site you’re working on. :)

Yes, the blog that I am having issues with is mommysbundle.com – i figured out how to change the widget order finally, but still can’t figure out how to get my gravatar to display on my OWN blog. It’s strange that it appears on other blogs I comment on and not my own. I also am not sure what to edit within the CSS to increase my blog width. Appreciate the assistance.

    Hi there,

Since your blog at mommysbundle.com is a self-hosted blog using the WordPress.org software, there are some differences from blogs hosted here at WordPress.com. For your Gravatar to appear on a self-hosted site, you have to make sure your log-in information uses the same email address that you used for your WordPress.com account.

If you can give me a link to one of the pages where your Gravatar isn’t displaying on your blog, I can use that to investigate why it isn’t showing up there. :) Please let me know if you have any questions about that.

Thank you for following up! Hmm, I’ve been having issues with login, so maybe IT IS that. Every time I try to comment on a blog it automatically pulls my WordPress.com account and doesn’t let me change.

Here is a link on my mommysbundle blog where i reply to comments but no gravatar appears: http://mommysbundle.com/hooray-its-my-sits-day/

    Hi Ana,

I checked your comments on that blog post, and indeed it looks like you’re using a different email address on your account for that blog. Can you please check to see what email address you’re using for that account? (You can find it by going to Users > Your Profile on your self-hosted blog, in the Contact Info section.)

If you update your email address on your self-hosted blog to match the email address you use for your WordPress.com account, your Gravatar will start appearing with your comments there.

Please let me know if you have any questions about that. :)
