Author Posts April 13, 2010 at 5:41 am #466446 soolaraMember I’m wondering if all of the available themes for the hosted wordpress.com blogs are considered accessible according to WCAG 2.0 requirements before I have to go testing all of them to verify? Thanks! Lara Literacy Product Manager @benetech The blog I need help with is blog.bookshare.org. Personally I doubt the bulk of the themes here are compliant. http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/ April 13, 2010 at 7:10 pm #466588 noelMember WCAG 2 (not 1) is a very controversial standard. Some of the requirements are very hard to design around – it depends on the design. Our themes work very well with screen readers and we strive to make them as accessible as possible. For guidance on the new premium themes, contact staff. Author Posts The topic ‘WordPress.com Accessible Themes?’ is closed to new replies.
