Need help? Check out our Support site, then for non-profit organizations

  1. I volunteer with a non-profit organization which assists other non-profit organizations with websites. We believe hosting would be a good fit for many of them.

Does have any packages for non-profit organizations that manage multiple accounts? I don't mind paying for themes, extras, etc. but would really like to share this among multiple websites that I manage.

The blog I need help with is

  2. All upgrades are per blog per year except for Premium Themes that are a one time charge per blog

You can however have more than one blog under your own account so you can log into your account and help on many blogs

You might want to have someone at the non-profit actually set the blog up with one of their emails that will stay with the org forever to make blog ownership issues easier (they would own the blog) - then they can invite you to be the Admin of the blog - (or you can visit the person and set up the blog while they do their email so you don't need access to their log-in info - or make sure they know how to click on the confirm link in the email so you could start the blog with their email address and they would just need to confirm it)

Make sure they print out the first confirm email with the API key so if the email gets lost they can still prove ownership of the blog

  3. So it sounds like there are discounts for 501c3 non-profit organizations. Is that correct?

  4. So it sounds like there are no discounts for 501c3 non-profit organizations. Is that correct?

  5. No discounts for anyone - WordPress.COM is a very low cost operation -

you are looking at around $ 50-- a year if you do domain mapping with the recommended upgrade (no Ads for professional and other sites - my main site is mapped domain with no ads (no ads = $ 30 - - domain mapping if you use it (not required unless you want a custom domain name) $ 13-- year plus domain name registration $ 6-- (I think) )
