Wrong domain

  1. We purchased the upgrade that let's us map a domain, but the form wouldn't let us supply a .edu (We're a school). Now our domain is mapped incorrectly and we have no recourse.

    Excuse the repost, but our previous question was auto-closed. This entire experience has been horrible so far. We're paying customers and we can't get the service we've paid for.

    I see the domain mapped to - would you mind double-checking these two things:

    1) Is the correct site you're trying to map your domain to?

    2) Could you please double-check the domain? doesn't look like it's formed correctly. Could it be instead?
