Wrong image in the front page thumbnail for the post

    my posts keep showing the wrong image on my site front page. When you click the ‘wrong’ image you get to the correct image for that post. Any ideas what I am doing wrong. It seems that my posts get 2 images associated with them and I cant work out why. If you click on the post from not very long ago with an image of a shotgun in van, you then get to the correct image for that post
