Can you try renaming your Plugins folder into something else than plugins? That will fix your issue.
Did this happen right after you updated Zemanta through WordPress? If this is the case then we have a serious issue.
@ networksocialmediamarketing, you need to be over at http://wordpress.ORG/support/ as that is where self-hosted wordpress installations are supported. As Raincoaster says, this isn’t an issue related to a wordpress.COM site.
