Although born in Brooklyn, New York, it wasn't until I moved to Colorado that I discovered my photographic eye. There I received my training and for the next seventeen years travelled and photographed much of the United States and Southeast Asia. In 1998 my travels took me to Mexico's Baja peninsula. Impressed by its dramatic landscapes, charmed by the unpretentious lifestyles of the people, I continued my excursions there for several years. By 2003 however, no longer content with these occasional journeys, I pulled up my U.S stakes and headed south to the little fishing village of San Felipe de Jesus in Baja California, a place I now calls home.
