Hello World! My name is Natascha Bentley. I was born and raised in beautiful Denmark - Some know it as the land of sweet, flaky pastries (with 27 layers of goodness), childrens' fairy tales, white swans and colorful Legos. I obtained a Bachelors in Nutrition and Health: Lifestyle Coaching and Fitness Management (phew, that's one long title!) in Copenhagen and my passion for cooking grew even stronger (I didn't think that was possible?). When my handsome Montana man got down on his knees and asked me to be his Queen, I packed up my suitcases and journeyed towards sunny Southern California and I have been happily married ever since! I love photography (portrait, macro photography, wide angle ect.) and Photoshop, travelling and (you guessed it) cooking meals from scratch. To me, there are not many things more rewarding than being able to "reverse engineer" a delicious meal I ordered at a restaurant (basically figure out the ingredients of that meal and make it) and know that I DID THAT - And of course, satisfy the appetites of others! Helping people cut that disgusting processed food from their diets (especially corn syrup!) and get back in their kitchens is my goal, my wish, my desire.
