Catherine Walsh has been a Certified Personal Trainer/Fitness Instructor since 1999. Being a fitness enthusiast with a love for working with people, Catherine found a perfect match in the world of Group Exercise. As well as having certifications as a Personal Trainer, she is also certified in teaching Yoga, Spinning, Weight Training, Step Aerobics, Mat Pilates, and Nutrition. Her students are her inspiration--watching their progress and changing lifestyles keep her going! She continues to teach at many top-notch gym facilities. She left her 17 year career as Director of Marketing to follow her true calling. She finds her Marketing Degree and experience in the corporate world helped her nurture the busy lives of working professionals and their fitness expectations.
