My biggest pet peeve is when people say, "I can't cook". I say, if you can read, you can cook. A few years ago, I developed this obsession with cookbooks. I read them like they're novels. I look for not only great recipes, but are they easy to follow, are there good photos, and would I recommend recipes to others. This is where the cook(book)ing school was born. Enjoy!
