As a Colorado native, I have always been interested in health and fitness. Having been a 5k and 10k racer, placing 3rd in my age group, and a former rock climber, I know how important it is to have energy from whole foods. My diet mostly consists of whole grains, nuts, seeds, beans, vegetables and fruits. Since becoming a vegetarian more than 5 years ago, I have had to adapt my diet by changing my cooking and baking styles. I look forward to sharing with you my knowledge of diet, cooking and fitness.
