Living in the Loch Lomond area, I have enjoyed taking photos and videos of the areas close by as well as the northwest Highlands and islands stretching to the topmost reaches of Scotland. Sharing my travels in images, prose, videos and home movies with those who shares my love of beauty in all its forms, language included, is time consuming but immensely satisfying. Shortly after beginning my blog, before it found its 'shape', a well developed sense of the ridiculous prompted me to include a couple of limericks, those I considered best of my comedic creations. 'The Snow House', a story, was also published on this site while I was first feeling my way.
