As a lifelong athlete, I'm grateful for the many opportunities that helped me develop discipline, self-esteem and self-improvement. The practice of setting attainable goals through daily practice is a habit that sticks with me in countless situations. That background led me to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Certifications in ACE Personal Training, Functional Aging Instructor, Nutrition Specialist, and many more continuing education courses in fitness and health. Now a mom of two, my education is daily put to the test as I strive for a healthy, low-anxiety lifestyle amidst the work deadlines, empty fridges, crying children and sleepless nights. My hope is that my stories and struggles will empower moms and dads to thrive, not just survive, parenthood, wellness and beyond.
