I am an ordained Baptist minister and work as a hospice chaplain in rural Kentucky. When I am off work, I enjoy traveling, teaching zumba classes, running, reading, hanging out with my husband and being a mom to a sweet little boy (among other things). I am a Brazilian national (my name is pronounced A-lee-cee) and have lived in the US for the past 15 years. I blog about health and wellness and whatever strikes my fancy.
